Did Minato Have Sage Mode?

It might be possible but i doubt he learned how to fully control it and Fukaku(that old frog forgot name) stated that naruto surpassed anyone that came before him so it is possible.

I'm really not sure if he does or not, but I'm sure if he can summon them, he at least has that option. Especially if he was considered the "Child of Prophecy" according to Jaraiya.

THIS IS WHAT I DONT LIKE ABOUT FANBOYS, THEY GIVE THERE CHARACTER EXTRA BOOST, surpass the previous doesn't means he had the same technique like you do, you can surpass your master in different categories,

Guys, we CAN NOT state our opinions as fact without the data to prove it. So far Minato hasn't had a confirmation as to having Sage Mode. That should be the END of this thread. It answers OP's question and that should be it.

Those that came before him refer to Jiraiya and all the other names that were in the contract book Jiraiya had Naruto sign. Seeing as how Minato was in this contract it is reasonable to believe he had some form of sage mode, like Jiraiyas not Narutos, but it hasn't been confirmed yet.

sage mode deals with high chackra reserves, it has nothing to do with a contract signing. the contract signing juts indicates that he can summon the FROGS just as well Jiriaya and Naruto.
go and read when the Toads said you have to have high chackra reserves, this is what Minato doesn't possess
take for example if Sakura and shizune has sign the contract for the slugs, that doesn't means they can use BYAKUGOU

I agree with this. Just signing a Summoning Contract does not Automatically equal Having SAGE MODE.

That's why I said he MAY have a sage mode similar to Jiraiyas IF he has one. The importance of the contract was to show that he has the first step required to attain sage mode a contract with the frogs of mt. Myoboku.
Since we don't know if the Slug contract has a sage mode yet your example of Sakura and Shizune is irrelevant and Byakugou isn't a sage technique so if Sakura or Shizune learned creation rebirth they would have a chance to learn Byakugou as well, though they may not be able to perform it as well as Tsunade(similar to how Jiraiya can't perform sage mode as well as Naruto)
Minato has good chakra levels if he was able to seal the juubi and become Hokage, that's not a title you get if you just have physical power but no chakra to supplement it, also he learned a lot of Uzumaki seals(which probably take a lot of chakra). We've actually never heard anything about Minatos chakra reserves but he made rasengan which requires impeccable chakra control.

If you bothered to read the comment that was in response to, you'd see nowhere in there did I say that him signing the contract = him having sage mode. By Minato having the frogs of Mt. Myoboku as his summon Kishi has left the door open to Minato possessing sage mode.

And the OP wasn't saying he HAS it, he was seeing if there was any proof of it, others seem to believe he has it but it's all speculation. The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence = Just because Kishi hasn't shown Minato using it yet does not = Minato not having it. I.E. Tobirama did not "HAVE" FTG until it was shown later in the manga.

And if he had it it was probably similar to jirayia sage mode which makes him look creepy.
