Nothing has been shown to prove that Minato possesed sage mode, however it is possible. During Naruto's fight with Pain, Fukasaku commented about Naruto surpassing Jiraya and Minato. This demonstrated that Minato and Fukasaku had some kind of relationship, but it doesn't really prove whether or not Minato had mastered it.
