no everybody knew about the gates and its techniques it isnt something only guy did just now

I disagree with the first part of your statement. How should anybody know something about the Evening Elephant (except Lee, who knows how the Technique should work, and maybe, just maybe, saw it with up to 7 Gates open).
The second one is right. Gai must've trained the 8th Gate techniques somehow.

That's not necessarily correct.
we only know that Dai saved him with the 8th gate. It was never proven if Gai stayed and watched the fight or if he (which I think is more probable) ran away with the others.

Just to say dude not every one who opens the gates are entitled to the techniques guy unleashes

Reason 1 all his names are something only guy would come up with
Reason 2 it's high taijutsu techs not every one is Traind we'll enough to utilize these sorta attacks
Reason 3 his final tech was named after him it's obvious he created the moves himself
