They still counts as feat as Prime MS Sasuke and Edo Madara[PS and mokuton restricted] are greater than all of the kage's individually[MS sasuke Vs Gaara is close and sasuke loses to him in desert]

Tsunade was faster than an almost out of chakra mei who just fought 5 fullbody susanoo clone since she has her Byakugou still on[far more chakra reserve than Mei]

I'm not comparing their physical speeds because it obvious that Tsunade is faster then Mei, what I'm saying is that they only thing Mei has on Tsunade is her ninjutsu (kekkei genkai) and that Tsunade can outperform the time it takes Mei to initate them or make a hand seal.

Mei clearly deserved her title. Fought anyone who dared to threat her village, and had a huge presence in the Kage meetings. I guess it's not the same with Chojuro or most of the new generation, except Konoha 11.

It probably does have flaws and I'm willing to concede those flaws but I highly doubt it has countless of them. Some of the speed points were wrong though but I still had enough information to convey the point that Karin never dodged Mei's lava.

Tsunade wasn't kneading any ninjutsu, all she did was leap in front of Mei. Hand seals are used to knead chakra so they'd take much longer when the user is low on chakra.
