If the head of the Uchiha's stay between the higher ups then Madara most likely did have a kid. Unless anyone in the Uchiha can be the head clan leader.

That's what I'm thinking, usually heads of clans are descendants of previous heads like the Hyuga. Sasuke's father could've most likely been the grandson of Madara without Madara knowing.

But if that isn't the case then Obito could've been a descendant which would explain why he was chosen out of all the other Uchiha.

It's even possible that Madara and Izuna both impregnated women and Sasuke comes from Izuna's lineage while Obito comes fro Madara's.

Exactly. It makes sense because every noble clan in Konoha do it Akimichi Hyuga Uchiha etc. Which means Madara most like did have a kid right before leaving Konoha and going rogue.

Nah I doubt that because I think he chose Obito because of how he was and he was most likely the youngest Uchiha at that time. Because if Sasuke was born at that time with Obito Madara said he would have chosen Sasuke.

Kinda doubt that too. It seems Izuna died as a teen like 16-18 at best.
