Did Madara plan to capture Obito?

Madara said he didn't know how that rock crushed him and he found him lying in the underground passage next to the boulder which leads me to believe it was coincidence.

However, here it says that Madara ordered the Zetsus to bring Obito to the hideout. Furthermore, in the recent chapter Zetsu said that because of Obito's abilities its no wonder why Madara chose him. So my question is how did Madara know Obito has such potential? When and why did Madara choose Obito?

not really capture but keep Obito under strict surveillance to change the personality by madara's own will and by his own means

he really didnt know the kid had potential besides the fact that he should've been crushed dead by the large rocks that fell on him!!
so i think that somehow made madara believe in him. madara probably had heard of the Kamui MS??

i believe obito was lured to that cave (where they kidnapped rin).
madara didnt find obito by luck.

power to see into the recent future would explain alot. It would explain how Madara knew Obito would come back to the cave and why he entrusted his rinnegan to baby Nagato.

It certainly seems like it, but Obito really brought up his game in such a short amount of time (even with zetsu).I guess he lost wood release when the zetsu detached himself from Obito.
