did madara know juubi's weakness?

Is that why he took the strongest known sage (hashirama) away from the battlefield for a 1v1? Could sage mode Hashi solo juubito? If so. Why didnt hashi's senpou mokuton seals work on juubito in the beginning of the fight? Mistake by kishi? I think so...

Good point. Maybe his plan takes time to take off and if hashi some how damages the jubi or finds a way to split it back up is would complicate madras plan even further. I dont believe hashi is part of his plan like some people think he'll absorb him.

But what if hashi didnt know that his sage jutsu would work but madra did? Then it almost wouldnt matter if obito was a little stronger.

1 v 1 he is but with tobirama and minato they would habe made quick work of juubito...also includes sasuke and Naruto...I believe madara is trying to extract hashis sage mode somehow...I think it will help him tame obito or defeat him!!!!!

theres no way madra could of accounted for hashi being there, i don't think he has anything to do with his plan.

It wouldn't surprise me if he did, he seems to have a good bit of info when it comes to Rikudou Sennin and the Juubi. I'm still unclear of his motives though, I don't see how he would benefit from stalling Hashirama. Also, Hashirama's technique affected Obito but only slightly. He just broke out of it, he didn't try to "erase" it like he's been doing with everything else.
