Did Madara know about Uchiha clan anhilation, if he did, how did he know when he was dead all along till the war..

Madara did tell Hashirama before he left the village that Tobirama will probably be the 2nd hokage and then the uchiha clan will be annihilated. He didn't use the word annihilated but it's pretty clear that he thought Tobirama regime would lead to the uchiha clans eradication.

no becuz the 2nd madara who is tobidara the reall masked man controlling obito's body was the one who slaughtred uchiha clan..obito was unconsious during the massacre....old madara already planned to annihilate the uchiha through his other immortal part tobidara

Could be that BZ told him but as a general manga rule, he instantly knew after he was revived. Its common practice for an important character, who was once out of the loop, to know everything relevant to the story as soon as they reappear. This sometimes includes a few short panels of informing them, but if such a recap does not occur, one can assume they instantly know for simple plot purposes.

The example above about him not knowing of Nagato's betrayal is one example. There was a few panels covering the issue, but since no panels were used to cover the Uchiha Massacre issue, its implied he instantly knew somehow. That being either through plot or through BZ.
