Another powerup? I mean his appearance changed slightly(He has more tomoes on his coat) when he absorbed the god tree.... And im a bit confused. was it the god tree talking or kaguya?....

he doesn't have his other rinnegan, but i guess he is stronger than the sage at least power-wise

I don't think so since he's missing the yin kyuubi anyways he just absorbed the final form of the juubi ( shinju). The juubi madara previously had was the second to last one form.....
