i read these forums a lot but never registered. anyway...

i think madara and obito were surprised at narutos+kuramas powers that he handed out to everyone. they didnt expect that, and obito phased through it but his connection to the juubi was still in the naruto world so thats why it was severed. and madara is edo so it doesnt matter

Until it's stated otherwise, I'm going with Lee blitzing Madara. Not enough time to react. Lee is very fast. Lee with Kurama's chakra is absurdly fast.

Only Lee could have kept up with Naruto at the front of the herd of the young shinobi. Who knows how fast he is with Kyuubi chakra; Naruto isn't fast at ALL without it.

Lee is garbage. Stop this sick weird way of overestimating happenings in the manga. Take a short break, think about things. We are talking about Rock Lee. Rationalize the situation, read the manga chapter again.

You will realize that Lee was thrown/speed up by Gai who used his hands to send Lee towards Madara. Lee is enhanced by Kuybi cloak. Gai also is enhanced by it. So his speed is hugely enhanced by the power of both Gai and Lee with kuybi cloak each. Kakashi said it made him 3 times stronger (improved his jutsu 3 times). So Taken this, the speed he got from Gai would be 3 times less, his own speed would be 3 times less, and his strength would be 3 times less.

The other thing is, Edo Madara had no reason to dodge Lee's attack. It wasn't near being a fatal hit, his edo body recovered at once, and Madara was able to move to a defensive spot right away. So basically Lee did nothing to Madara, however, what he did do, which also was his goal, was to cut the control over the Juubi away from Madara. But being able to do that momentarily and actually defeating him is 2 different things. The real question is, how fast is Madara, and can his EMS keep up with Lee's movement? I'd say yes, Madara displayed great speed so far, he will have no problem handling Lee, it will be a walk in the park...

Because i don't understand why he couldn't just absorb his attack with Gakido(since he has Kyubi's chakra cloak) exactly like Nagato did for example or even use Shinra tensei. Can he even use it? Not even Susanoo? Obito can go intangible with his kamui to dodge FRS, but Madara can't use Susanoo to protect himself? Maybe he just got blitzed by Lee giving him no reaction time?:shrug:

man look at madaras face he seem surprised and with that "......." in disbelief lol. fanboys always say because he didnt defend lol but if you look back when madara appears he defend in the previous chapter when fighting the 5kages and fodder lol. he even defend with his big fan when naruto attack him. i think tobi has good reaction time than madara. which fanboys of madara wont like it heuheuheueheu

ahh i know why he isnt able to block it but tobi did use intangible jutsu. not the reason from fanboys who asume that he didnt tried it coz he is edo tensie. look at madaras eyes it was renigan. while obito both got renigan and sharingan to predict movements.
