i thought that maybe it's a mistranslation and that it means chakra instead of techniques
because he uses the rasengan which the fourth hokage uses
naruto has strong chakra that's needed to suppress the kyuubi's power like kushina

How well did tsunade know Kushina? maybe direct family besides them being related through the uzumaki clan
Where could minato have observed a tailed beast bomb if Killer bee wasn't allowed to leave the village and started to learn the tailed beast bomb?

I honestly think it has more to do with shadow clones than rasengan. If not then a reliance on close quarter hitting (Kushina was known for taijutsu in addition to seals), but Naruto amps up his hits with rasengan where Kushina just flat out punches (possibly with chakra punches like Sakura/Tsunade)

no i don't think so because rasengan belongs to naruto, jiraiya, kakashi and minato and i do not see her use rasengan.
