Did Konohamaru Forget How to Use Shadow Clone Jutsu?

Serious question did Konohamaru forget how to use shadow clones in the series? Considering what he did as a kid I would have assumed he could make like 10 clones at this point to overwhelm enemies but he has not used them anywhere in the new series so far. If he could though then Boruto and his team would have been redundant I guess since he would have simply soloed the Zetsu this episode and Ao in the manga by himself.

Would just produce an already weaker version of himself.

1.Konohamaru isn't Naruto or Boruto he's cant use clones like that. It taxes him.

2. Boruto can because he has the reserves to make many clones, just a certain amount at a time.

3. He shouldn't need to use clones, hes a jonin who should have one or two styles or able to use raengan without a feint.

4. We don't know just how powerful that zetsu is.

5. They're in a cave so it's not like he can use rasengan to begin with, he'd "obito" everyone in that cave.
