It's already clear now to everyone that Madara can create as many clones as he wants to in small intervals. Imagine a massive army of 100000 performing Amaterusu. Does anyone stand a chance?

Wooden clones can use all the abilities as the original one. They're using the final technique of MS, so why not Amaterasu?

If Madara can use Amaterasu than he doesn't really use it IC, so I wouldn't expect him to use it too much. Wouldn't they just use Perfect Susano'o anyways (going by this logic they can)

This is not a mistake from kishi every time I re-read the manga I see kishi foreshadowing things. The second kishi revealed dan as an edo he already knew his purpose. I was re-reading the hiruzen and oro fight and hiruzen had a flash back of what the 2nd hokage said to him before he be came hokage and it is the exact words the 2nd said to hiruzen in danzo's flash back.

The more I re-read the more I notice kishi had everything planned from ages ago.

This is actually a good point I don't think he can do more then 25 clones at a time. The clones will have to be beaten before he can do another 25 because he has to slit his chakra evenly.

Not every Shinobi has the same reserve as Madara. And there is a BIG difference between wooden clones and normal clones.

I agree, but what happens with Madara's chakra? Does it regenerate?
What does unlimited mean to you, because your explanation is based on someone who doesn't have unlimited chakra.
