Why is Minato taking orders from Kakashi?

It's understandable why Hashirama and Lord Sasuke is being held back, but Minato's been a joke lately. Only cool thing he's done was the Rasengan in Bijuu Mode.

1- It has been 21 chapters, not 10.
2- Neither Hashi nor Sasuke were held back.

Well, at least he did some thing and saved the SA twice beside other things, unlike the others

1- Hiruzen has been a joke, he did not do anything beside saving Naruto ones.
2- Hashi is the biggest joke of all, he was defeated by black rods and did noting other than making madara more powerful.
3- Tobirama was helpful, but not as much as Minato.

So, Minato's performance is much better in this war than the others, but as you can see kishi took all his jutsus!
