-Toneri has enough chakra to destroy Earth.
-Toneri survived moon level attacks. So no.
-Toneri has abilties similar to the Six Paths.

The Six Paths are more versatile though.
You're not counting Onmyoudon, which negates Toneri's beam of failure.
You need the Six Paths Sage Mode to sense Limbo, not just chakra.
He got knocked around a few times and then, instead of jumping out the way, takes a direct hit from a Naruto clearly running towards him.

So with that it should mean he's in the same league as Juubi Jin Madara. However, if Toneri really lost to Naruto whilst in KCM, then that wouldn't make sense. So that means Naruto was either not using KCM, or he simply is just hella more powerful in this form now. This may very well be possible considering Sasuke's small chidori is now meteor level.

Wasn't aware of that, which in that case I'd say Kishi was just high, so being generous Toneri can't be stronger than Juubi Jin Madara (Pre-Shinju and One Rinnegan). I'd say DMS Kakashi solos Toneri.

It wasn't KCM. He had fox eyes, sage eyes, and was performing Six Paths feats(flying and some hax power that allowed him to stick his hand in Hinata's chest). Not to mention his base form has greatly improved with him performing FRS and surviving a massive explosion. Naruto got stronger over the past two years.

Are you serious? Madara has the Juubi's chakra which was stated to be "unlimited" plus his own strong chakra! He had the chakra to cast IT and Divine : Jukai Kutan both Kekkai Mora and Planetary Level techs without breaking a sweat. No, Six Paths Chakra alone can not deal with Limbo. To counter it you need to have either Six Paths Senjutsu or the Rinnegan. Naruto survived the beam and Madara's durability >>>> Naruto's in this form plus he has incedible Regeneration. The beam is a tsb tech then Madara has the Sword of Nubokono which is said that shaped the world!

Toneri is in par with edo Madara at best after he achieved tenseigan, to awaken that doujutsu you need around thousands of byakugans meaning you need to slaugther at least a century worth of hyuuga's just to reach Madara's level
