I think the chains were just to show Madara's previous hold over Kurama. In the image Kurama has the sharingan which has only been done twice, once when Madara fought Hashirama and second when Obito attacked Konoha. However I do recognize the coincidence, but I don't think sasuke can take Madara. Not to mention that there is no way Kurama is being taken from Naruto he would die, ending the manga and making the entire story for nothing.
