Did Kakashi take on Orochimaru as an Anbu?

Remember the anime when Orochimaru confronted Kakashi after Sasuke's body and Kakashi used Lightning Blade? When Kakashi flinched when Orochimaru asked if he really thought he could defeat him he doubted himself as if it had happened before.

Not to mention the episode guide says Orochimaru is going to get pursued by Kakashi

I like these fillers They're doing what fillers are meant to do and fill in gaps between the manga Kishi never touched. Shame this isn't considered cannon because if Kishi would have made these chapters it would have been awesome.

The episode summaries say that Kakashi is going to go after Orochimaru when he leaves the village. But they didn't say if he will actually run into him, it more implied that he will fight Yamato.

It was stated in the anime dub that Kakashi didn't have the sharingan when he last encountered Orochiamaru however the wording used in the manga and anime sub isn't conclusive but hints at the same thing.
