[Discussion] Did kakashi over throned the elders?

Maybe if theres one important reason why kakashi is the best hokage is that he overthroned the elders and so much more people during kakashi's 6th homage times, which became the start of bringing peace to the ninja world.

I would say that the difference is that Danzo was no longer around. He was more than a slight negative thorn in everyone sides, including the Elder's as it was more often than not Danzo who manipulated the Elder's into doing things his way.
