Kakashi once stated to sauske that he had already lost all the closest people to him, so my theory on how he unlocked his MS, is. That he trained himself to relieve all the pain and emotional stress he went through in his past, and that all accumulated and helped him unlock MS, either that or he befriended some fodder ninja just to kill him off

It's been stated sharingan can't copy a kekkei genkai, and even though MS is just an advance sharingan I still don't think that'd be possible or then the entire uchiha clan could get it after one person unlocked it

I didn't knew it, I thought that itachi transferred his powers to sasuke and that way sasuke unlocked MS.
But it appears I was wrong.
