Hello.. Obito can wrap things like kakashi. Example In kage summit, he wrapped KArin and sasuke. So kakshi can also wrap like Obito. But Kakashi learnt MS in part 2 only. So it may take time

As an Uchiha and part senju, it would make sense Obito spammed that like a monster

Kakashi could learn it no sweat IMO, the problem lies in using it as much as Obito did, i highly doubt he could unless Naruto was always feeding him chakra

Obito can go intangible and Kakashi can warp very far away objects, thats the difference between the left and the right eye of Obito. That isn't a manga fact yet but you can count your ass on because otherwise Obito would have warped everyone from far away, would have made things alot easier, he would have won by now with this ability. Kakashi most likely needs the other eye if he wants to go intangible.

he uses it twice and dies out of chakra loss sakura x kakshi have a better chance at happening than kakashi being as proficient at it like obito
