Did Kakashi do it?

Was that actually Kakashi using a chidori to puncture Rin's heart? Or was it just a Zetsu clone?

-why'd he do it? Was he under the influence of genjitsu? Did we purposely go back on his word to Obito because he's an antagonist? Rin being a traitor? etc etc etc etc etc........... until I die

Probably a Zetsu clone.

As to which one of these is most correct to me it's 50/50. Some parts of me going with the Sharingan theory, others going with the Zetsu clone theory.

But yes, I did find it strange that there were no ninja around when they arrived on the battlefield. So that leans me towards the Zetsu clone theory a bit.

Still 50/50 on it though ^_^

guys look at the very bottom panels of this manga page. it seems like kakashis vision is returning from seeing darkness to what is actually around him. he was probably put in a genjutsu and tried to kill the user and ended up killing rin.

now who put him in a genjutsu is my question. it looks like the bringer of darkness technique. madara could of easily of copied that from the 1st and second hokages

look at the manga both kakashi and rin are crying and shedding tears, it isnt zetsu or genjutsu get over it

Yeah but there don't seem to be any other shinobi around atm. By the way, Rin is a medical ninja and should therefore have some skill in genjutsu so she could've been the jutsu caster. I'm still going with the theory that Rin was working with another village (probably the mist) .
