Besides kakashi and gai , pakura seemed too strong for everyone else . Omio,maki, mist girl and other guy ran away from pakura and guy who blasts . Maybe lee beat her , but pakura was hailed a hero in the sand in the 3rd shonbi war . So only kakashi and gai would probably fodderize her in a couple seconds then sai seal her
