When Obito was the Jin, he started randomly swelling up. When Kaguya took over Madara's body, he started randomly swelling up. Coincidence? Or was Kaguya trying to take Obito's body early.

Obito started swelling since he was still struggling to handle the juubi's chakra.
Think of how Naruto in his early tailed forms would swell up when eating chakra before a tailed beast bomb.

Madara also expanded in this chapter since the chakra being absorbed was way too much for him, as confirmed by Sasuke and Naruto.

It has nothing to do with Kaguya, but more a side effect of too much chakra being contained in a smaller vessel.
