Its more like If one edo released All are released.

Orochimaru just took his own DNA back and left the other DNA intact. I am not sure if this will prevent Kabuto from reaching Sage Mode, but at the least it will prevent him from using Impure World Resurrection again. Kishimoto is building Kabuto to be a good guy, and be the one to finally put Orochimaru to rest...
