I don't think so. If all it took was an OP Amaterasu to defeat the Juubi then I'm pretty sure the Sage wouldn't have had that much trouble. The Juubi is a God in the Narutoverse that even the Sage couldn't defeat (he sealed it not defeated it). So he's most likely hurt/angered but not dead.

hardly, juubi have bigger role in this fight, fact that kage's arrived one of them pair with madara means juubi don't die, and kage's narusasu have to play ball on this one, we haven't seen juubi's last form yet and he have rinnegan, or eye without name pair with sage's eyes..

and you can deflect amaterasu hundreds ways with rinnegan... absorbtion repel izanagi, any jutsu in existance more or less..

What makes you think the Juubi died from a Rasenshuriken mixed with Enton ? that's nothing against Juubi, it just seemed like it did some damage BUT it still has to reach final form, and im pretty sure when it does, all previous damage would be all for nothing since he's probably going to instant-heal

no proof as i see this sage did more than defeated juubi, sealed him within itself to make things etc.. it is stated that sage was on top and won, unlike sasuke he was forced to take orochimaru's body, yet hashirama had no problem taming nine tails and seal kurama in his wife..
