Well it seemed to me that the blackness that covered the nine tailed sussanoo was actually Juugos curse mark

No Jugo is hurt that was Sasuke.. but why would he need Jugo if he fused with Naruto...he wouldn't need his powers....he jus solely relied on Naruto Sage Mode powers

No, Kishi showed us previously what Susanoo looks like when it gains the CM. It looks very similar to when Sasuke gains the CM. That didn't happen in this chapter.

Instead, Naruto add senjutsu to Susanoo. That’s the reason Sasuke covered Naruto and Kyuubi with Susanoo. Naruto showed us when fought with his father he can add senjutsu to another person's jutsu.
