Yes he did. His arm was ripped off, several of his bones were broken, he was exhausted from Sage Mode wearing off not to mention all the time he spent fighting, and he was bashed around by Pein, all of which had superhuman offensive powers, and he was stabbed in the back and hit wwith a bomb.
