You can clearly see that his first table had one bottle of wine.

Thats a good question, i dont think its technically a time reversal jutsu, as you pointed out you can see the remnants of the last dinner table.

maybe its a jutsu similiar to izanagi?
like hes a yin-yang user and has a CoAT type jutsu, or maybe thats what it is.
