Did Itachi want Sasuke to take his eyes?

Just wanna know what people think. Did Itachi want Sasuke to end up taking his eyes and result in him awakening EMS?

I have reason to believe he wanted Sasuke to have MS but not EMS...What you all think?

i think he wanted sasuke to have neither tbh. maybe he told him to go kill his best friend precisely so that sasuke would do the opposite and get really strong without doing it the uchiha way.

But i think he Guessed sasuke would, since he already planned for it to happen befor he died.

no cuz he already said he wanted to counter sasuke plan if he got his eyes by suing shiushi eye to put on him a gingitsu if he used itachi eyes

But i think he Guessed sasuke would, since he already planned for it to happen befor he died.

I know he guessed he would do that. That's why(IMO) he put the crow with KA into Naruto so that if naruto faced Sasuke with Itachi's eyes it would cast KA and make Sasuke change sides.
He assumed if Sasuke went as far as to take his eyes then it would be because he'd chosen to be evil and attack Konoha. Otherwise it would have forced a neutral or good Sasuke with EMS anyway.

So I think he didn't want him to get it but planned for the worst case scenario.

no his original plan was to be stronger than madara but in the end he decides to let sasuke have his eyes besides he was sick so madara would have had the upper hand against itachi anyway
