Did Itachi love Konoha more or Sasuke more?

Think about this, if itachi loves konoha more than sasuke then sasuke should be dead by now, second when itachi become a edo, he said that no matter what he do from now on he will still love him, and itachi smiled after he vanished, which means its still sasuke.

he wanted sasuke alive so he can be killed by a fellow uchiha (plus of course he didnt wanna kill his brother) but his reasons for keeping sasuke alive were more selfish than for the interest of the village. But you do make sense

He kept Sasuke alive so that Sasuke could one day kill him, and become a hero of Konoha as well as gain more power(MS).

He wanted justice for the Uchiha massacre to be delivered by a fellow Uchiha that's true, but it wasn't his primary reason for keeping Sasuke alive. Though, I suppose you could say the act of keeping Sasuke alive at all despite the risk he would be to Konoha was selfish.

Itachi had unconditional love towards Sasuke and would let him go as far as destroying the Leaf village, since he understood why Sasuke would do such a thing. He also persuaded Fugaku to attend Sasuke's academy opening and because of their dad neglecting Sasuke for so long as Itachi was the prodigy and seen as responsible at such a young age, he eventually became the ultimate father figure for Sasuke. He did anything he could in the reanimation form to somewhat recover the mess he was partly in for, regretting not being upfront with Sasuke since he was generally under pressure in making a decision that will change both of their lives forever. He told Danzo that if any harm came to Sasuke that he would expose Konoha secrets to other villages. Therefore, an accurate assumption could be made that he cared for Sasuke considerably more.

Right after itachi undo the edo tensei, he said he will love sasuke regardless his choice (protect or destroy village). If itachi was serious about village > sasuke. He wouldn't had gambled on sasuke's choice, especially after sauce admitting to wanting destroy village. Itachi contained the same will as hashirama however.....sasuke was more important to him. Obito even quoted this
