Did Itachi hate the uchiha?

I've just been watching the buildup to the massacre, and from all the speeches it looked as if Itachi actually hated them, and thought they were just selfish, did he hate the Uchiha or did he just do it out of love for Konoha?

Also do you think Obito had genuine hate towards the Uchiha or was he just doing a favor for Madara?

For what they were doing, in a way yes.. He tried telling his father that he was focusing on the wrong things... "the clan, the clan..", they were backward in their way of thinking.. He still loved his village and clan though.. but just hated their mindset for revenge and war , considering he was a pacifist

Even though Itachi was dissapointed in the clan (their selfish ways), he still loved them. One could actually begin to believe he actually hate them after that speech, but it was just an act of desperation.
