No he did not hate him. Itachi was young but was wise like an elder person so he knew Danzo was right all along.

Itachi is the embodiment of a perfect shinobi, and by being so he knew what was right or best at the time and he knows how to endure so no he didn't hate danzo like danzo hated the uchiha.

Itachis character is portrayed as extremely un emotional . I doubt he hated anybody . He is very centered

Probably not hate, Itachi only hated himself. He's not that judgemental and even gave Kabuto a second chance. But I doubt that he liked him. He also wasn't in a position to kill Danzo at any time, considering that Danzo was in charge of Root and they do provide Konoha with vital info. If Itachi ever killed Danzo, that would be him hurting Konoha in a way due to that.
