Did Itachi and Sasuke know all this info regarding jubbi and the Sage?

Madara said he knows all these thing about Jubbi and SAge according to the Uchiha Tablet. As far as I know, Itachi and Sasuke had read the tablet before, so does it mean that they know all these things already? or maybe I'm missing sth here =D

If it can be fully deciphered by Rinnegan, then must have been written by someone of Rinnegan. And as far as we know, only the Sage has had Rinnegan. On the other hand, the tablet is called "Uchiha" Tablet, why??? What's the relation?
