We don't. People are speculating that it is the Limbo, which i don't think .

It's possible that it was Tsukuyomi and Limbo. We've seen him activate his EMS and use a genjutsu on A which is my only real lead and A is a kage who has a lot of willpower so it shouldn't be much less than Tsukuyomi to affect him.

However, this is just speculation and I cannot be sure.

Tsukuyomi can't be broken though, and Ohnoki broke A out of the genjutsu Madara put him under.
