I like the rounded corners.

I think you're using wrong filers, the people are too yellow tinted. The quality of the stock seeming degraded..? I mean you can see noise worse because of the filter. ._.

I did a few minor things and this is the result:

Note: You'll need Photoshop, dunno if Gimp- or whatever you're using- has all of this.

What I did:

Exposure:
Exposure: .10
Offset: 0.0020
Gama Correction: .90

Color Lookup:
3DLUT File: FoggyNight.3DL
Opacity: 50%
Fill: 50%

Color Lookup:
3DLUT File: filmstock_50.3DL
Opacity: 40%
Fill: 40%

Gradient Map:
Blue, Red, Yellow
Soft light layer mode
Opacity: 40%
Fill: 40%

Duplicate the original layer.
Filter > Smart Sharpen
Amount: 20%
Radius: 6px
Remove: Gaussian Blur
Layer Mode to Darken.

Duplicate the bottom layer, the original, and put it over the Sharpened one.

Filter > Blur > Surface Blur
Radius: 18px
Threshold 12 levels

Layer Mode: Darken
Opacity: 80%
Fill: 80%

New Layer at the top
Image > Apply Image > Ok.

Filter > Other > High Pass
Radius: 100 px

Layer:
Opacity: 40%
Fill: 40%.

You could add onto this, but before the high pass filter. Not that much difference, so adding would be recommended. Hope this helps.

Edit: I'd recommend a high quality stock for a stock.
