We don't know if he learned it from the Uzumaki, though. He may or may not have learned that from watching Minato use it when he sealed Kurama into Naruto.

Besides, Minato's guards can use it without seals. Although, they all need to be present.

Its possible he knew the pros and cons of the jutsu could he use it..With his age no i don't think he would be able to.But then again he was about to preform Reaper death seal shown to him by Minato anything is plausible

I don't think he can use it dude, the old age excuse doesn't really do it for me. In the past chapter when it shows Hashirama super excited to fly we see Tobirama's hand on his shoulder, and next to them you can see Minato's hand on Hiruzen's shoulder
