) Neji learned and mastered on his own which Hinata didn't master despite coming from the main branch
Twin learn fist drains chakra from the opponent but can easily be missed (Deva Pain being a example), Neji is also shown to be fast
He can and could if was alive, he has shown better feats
Rotation isn't the only jutsu he knows, he has others while Hinata has two or three canon techniques

Neji also became a Jonin at 15 while Hinata still remains a chunin at 19

Until the movie sure, but depends which version of Neji.
Early Post time skipe Neji who fought along with team 8 against false Kisame most likely but since Juubi arc Hinata would match him.
Any other part 2 Neji beats Hinata, until the movie I say because Until I saw it I wouldn't want to try or guess how powerfull she is in it.

No, it was not given to her, it was already and always within her. Her meeting with Hamura merely awakened the power. And while it's purpose for being awakened was to destroy the device, Hinata wa sshown combing it with he rLion Fists, showing she can use it in battle and combine it with her attacks to increase their power.

As for one blow body, that is a technique any Hyuga can use through their natural ability to dispel chakra through all 361 of their chakra coils. Only thing is, Neji is the only Hyuga shown using it on screen.
Hinata never attempted hitting Twin Lion Fists on Deva Path, so she couldn't have missed. Deva Path merely blocked her regular attacks, and as soon as Twin Lion Fists was brought out, he used Shinra Tensei.
His basic Air Palm was on par with Hinata's, hence why they work together to use Air Wall Palm.
Nope, there is no other jutsu aside from Rotation that Hinata doesn't know while Neji does. Like wise, there is no jutsu aside from Twin Lion Fists that Neji doesn't know that Hinata does. Hence, their arsenals are near identical.

Part 1 neji has the speed and stamina to dodge all of Hinata's techniques including twin lion fist, Hinata didn't even fight in the manga against pain but the anime Pain missed all her attacks (besides that one fault)
Rotation is superior to twin lion fist since its a denfensive and offensive technique while Twin lion fist only works when the caster touches the opponent

scans of these pages please. because all that's ever been said in the manga is that Rotation is a Heri-only jutsu and 64 palms has not been confirmed to be heri-only or main-family only.
He has neither the needed speed nor stamina. Stamina is based on chakra levels, and Hinata is the superior one there. And while his foot speed/running speed may be superior to Hinata's by a small amount, his hand to hand combat speed/striking speed is equal to Hinata's, given that they both can use 64 palms and Air Palm.

No it's not. While Rotation can knock back chakra, Twin Lion Fists can absorb chakra. Yet both jutsus are made of chakra to begin with. So if the two were to collide, the one with the stronger chakra would pull through. And the one with superior chakra strength and levls in this case would be Hinata.

Yes, but both weak against lightning. If Hinata uses it in Her gentle fist twin lion or Her air palm. But like I said Neji is dead so He never got the chance to ad an element to His list of jutsus.

Part 2 Hinata's speed is 2.5 whereas Part 1 Neji is 4, he simply dodges it. And you can't retcon that either because Hinata had to take a pause before being able to complete a full 64 palms whilst Neji was doing it in Part 1 easily.

Of course because Early part 2 Hinata is probably equal to Pre Chunin exam Neji
Pein arc Hinata would fight against Chunin exam Neji
Before War arc Hinata would match end of part 1 Neji
Juubi arc Hinata beats part 1 Neji, matching early part 2 Neji
The last movie Hinata would be at Pein arc part 2 Neji level or little above

Rotation will be broken by thrusting these lion fists at him, same effect as Naruto with Kurama chakra had in chunnin exam.
Neji and Hiashi admited many times that Hianta greatly improved since Pein arc.
War arc Hinata was stated to be able to protect Neji back, which means she was not far from him.
Juubi arc Hinata can use lion fists 64 palms which finally put her above part 1 Neji, no matter how much you deny it and this exactly statement is basically contained in databook IV in lion fists transation.
