I would like to think they are equal and minato is just above him, like how he is just above guy.

-Kakashi has surpassed Minato in some fields like: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Battle Tactics. IMO Minato only beats Kakashi and other hight level ninjas b/c of FTG tech.
-I feel like Kakashi has shown more skill than Minato in other fields excluding speed and sealing jutsu.

Minato in my book is only barely holding on to being strong b/c of his S/T jutsu and how easy it is for him to spam it in a fight.

Kakashi comapred to Minato
-Both can use Rasengan (Minato's isn't special other than the fact he may use FTG with it)
-Kakashi>Minato in ninjutsu
-Kakashi>Minato in genjutsu
-Minato>/=Kakashi in taijustu (maybe b/c Minato is faster but Kakashi does now the gates)
-Minato>Kakashi in sealing techs
-Kakashi>/=Minato in intelligence (of course this can be argued)

IMO they are about the same level if not Kakashi is a little better.... But I am biased b/c of the fact that I am not a fan of Minato at all.

Minato is much smarter than kakashi. Minato discovered how Tobi's S/T jutsu works and how to counter it in like 5 minutes. It took
the current team a much longer time to figure out how to counter tobis jutsu, and they actually figured it out by accident

You can't really say Minato is smarter b/c of that. Minato really didn't figure out Tobi's Jutsu at all, he just speed blitzed it thats all. Kakashi, Konan and maybe Danzo's underlings are the only ones who actually figure out how it works and were able to countered it. Plus we have been shown more of Kakashi's feats.

Like I said IMO Minato is only great b/c of FTG and his world class speed. Kakashi outclasses him in other fields.

Speed, Seals, Reactions, Smarts [I think they are almost equal but still Obito was outsmarted by both Minato and Kakashi U_U]
