i know that , but you see hashirama as edo and you never saw him as a guy as talented as madara ... madara put his body and his will inside obito , but we never saw that thing being done by hashirama , so... he died :S why are you saying that hsahirama never died? :S.

It's a huge plot twist! Edo Hashirama is really a fake, and the real Hashirama is the So6p.

2. Hashirama isn't dumb enough to commit suicide over Madara, he had important things to worry about.

3. Personally it looks like he was in middle of a battle when he died.

Since hes kind of a representation of Goku, his death in battle would be similar to how Goku was going to die in the Android Saga. Disease. Which would further motivate his granddaughter to start the medical ninja corp.

Hmmm...my guess is he died either from a disease, or the wounds Madara left on him killed him soon after. It's the only thing I could think of ...I just don't see Hashirama getting killed by anyone but Madara. I just don't think anyone else is strong enough to kill him. My overall guess is the wounds inflicted by Madara at VOTE.
