I believe so, and these manga scans further my point.
As proven in this scan, naruto is moving in slow motion to Haku, which is an ability of the sharingan, pretty much predicting your opponents next move. And like Tobi who had a mask, haku is wearing one too, to hide the sharingan ability, not wanting it to be known. But the fact Haku is able to move at such speed, and predict Naruto's moments pretty much proves Haku had the sharingan.

Haku says it himself, you appear to be moving in slow motion, and kakashi notes "an advanced bloodline"
This puts the nail in the coffin of Haku possessing the sharingan. Haku already knows what sasukes eyes are when he first sees them and notes "you are also from an advanced bloodline" pretty much saying you have the sharingan too. ?
Haku already knows the eye, and its capabilities because he possesses the eye himself.
Notice how when Haku's mask is off, he cant predict narutos movements, not wanting others too know he possesses the sharingan, so he refuses to use it. Only wanting to hide it behind the mask.
In conclusion, it is clear Haku possessed the sharingan ability, using manga facts.
