I don't know what ^ that is supposed to mean, but I think you mean a Yin seal like Sakura, Mito, and Tsunade have. If that is what you are talking about then it's possible that the Uzamaki created a seal to mimic Hagoromo's and that that seal is in fact the Yin seal.

2nd Databooks also proceeds Mito's creation and introduction in the manga. Hell, Kushina, Karin and Nagato didn't exist when the 2nd Databook came out.

Mito is Tsunade's grandmother. It makes sense where she picked up the jutsu from.

That really doesn't prove anything. We don't even know if mito taught tsunade anything. Besides, wouldn't you think that'd be mentioned in the manga?

What exactly is the Hyuga Clan's curse of hatred?

Kishi didn't give details for a lot of things. Uchiha though, he explained every little thing about them.
