ace would've survived , he would join the sh's? if only wb would die on marineford arc and war... most probably , luffy or in this case , nekomamushi , would go to marco and ask him to help him on defeating kaido , ofc that would be after the "war" which right now i dont remember what it is called xD and most probably , ace would be dead or kidnapped by blackbeard , because he wanted the fruit so... xD what you guys think? :)

If ace didn't die in the war it would just have been weird. It had so much significance to the rest of the series, it was like the point in time when luffy truly knew he was weak and couldn't save everyone he cared about which pushed him to where he is now. Not only that but if Ace lived and WB died, i think it would be a case of Ace becoming captain of the white beard pirates as the son of roger and then another massive clash with the world government. But then when WB died you have black beard show up and if Ace walked away from him at that point, it just wouldn't make sense for Ace's character.

I really don't get what the point of the vid is as the only relevance it has to the topic, is Ace saying that he isn't joining the Strawhats, something he also said to BB when he invited him. And thinking here that Oda implied something, is a forced, far-fetched and subjective interpretation. In the end this is just you, not Oda, creating a what-if scenario. What if Ace had lived, what then? There might be some people who enjoy having such counterfactual discussions, but personally I find them rather pointless in regards to a fictional story as someone consciously decides every time what is going to happen. Ace dying is something that was planned out a long time ago and that's not an insignificant event that you can change at will. Even if Oda would have somewhere intentionally implied this, that would be the same like someone rejecting you because the person is already married: "Sorry, I'm already married, but if I wouldn't have been, I surely would have gone out with you"...you really gain nothing from that as the only reason that person can say that, is because that hypothetical scenario isn't a plausible reality at that moment. It's essentially a lie in the making.

The dice have been cast. Ace was meant to die and thinking about how it would have been if he had lived, doesn't help the current story at all. That Oda did or did not imply something, and the former is highly doubtful, is not even important as there are countless of these what-if scenario's. What if Luffy had never met Shanks? What if Sanji's father and brothers had been nicer to him? What if the Strawhats had decided to not chase Robin? What if Luffy had decided to not wait two years to enter the New World? Etc. In some cases this might be fun for some people to think about, but it doesn't affect the real plot at all. You on the other hand make it sound like there some revelation behind all of this.
