did EMS Sasuke have a PS?

he used something resembling PS on Narutos's Kyuubi vs Juubi Jin. He never used a legit PS until he got the Hago handout :sdo:. So my question is Did he had it or got it from a handout :sdo:

I am interesting in seeing the logic behind "he had it"

Had had the ability to use PS when he obtained his EMS. You need a PS in order to cloak Kurama. Also Madara had his when he had EMS so it's likely that you don't need a rinnegan in order to achieve it. Hell, even MS Obito had the ability to use PS..

The guy awakened EMS and Rinnegan in the same day. Didn't even have the proper time to test his eyes properly. Just fired an arrow at original zetsu and some amaterasu at zetsus... At least Madara had a good amout of time to train his eyes :sdo:

EMS Sasuke did have PS but as PS can change form according to chakra quality(normal chakra/Sage chakra/Rikudou chakra) and quantity his PS cant fly unless he obtain Rikudou chakra for upgrade :elmo:

And even with all that time EMS Madara showed the same PS EMS Sasuke did which was cover Kurama with it. EMS Madara and EMS Sasuke haven't shown standing PS. But it doesn't mean they never had it. That's what I find funny tbh that some people say EMS Madara's PS > Sasuke's when they shown and had the same thing.

lol true and whats funny is they are always wrong in thier analysis. the usual arguments are

-he only did it because of kurama cloak and jugo even though he didnt have it on him when he armoured it on kurama nor was jugo powering up the soosano at that time.
-it only resembles ps but its not ps. even though that is lol worthy considering you can tell a soosano stage via its appearance since manga has shown that all stages differ in that. so how can something have the same physical features as ps but not be ps? what logic is that :lol.
-my favourite, he didnt use it standalone so its not legit even though that is irrelevant and doesnt change the fact that he has it. EMS madara at vote didnt use it stand alone either yet not even he acknowledges it as a different power when he did use it against the kages. dude flat out admitted hashirama battled it proving the soosano he used at vote is the same thing as what he was using against them.

I don't see why he couldn't have used it. We know Madara used his PS to cloak Kurama since like shown when he used it against the 5 kage, he summons a giant V4 susanoo first, and then transforms it into the susanoo with a tengu mask and mountain-busting swords. Sasuke used the same thing on Naruto's avatar, it had a similar mask, the same kind of armor all around the body and new swords. Sasuke's PS probably wasn't on the same level as madara's considering differences like:
- only one sword
- a lot smaller
- no additional arms

but it was still PS which is the final, stabilized form of Susanoo's chakra.
