The hooded man has been revealed, and he has ALL the sharingan. I am calling him Mr Sharingan from now on.
What really intrigues me is the incredible similarity to Danzo his Left arm is.
Now, Identification by Arms is not a precise science, but that looks rather similar, don't you agree?
It's possible that this guy is using the same technique as Danzo to implant so many Sharingan. It's even possible that Danzo had his right arm implanted. Who knows?
