I barely remember what happened and im too lazy to look and on top of that dont even know the chapter the little scuffle even happened as well.

What i do remember is that he took one of his eyes and that was that.

Last time Itachi saw shisui he had both arms, but was missing one eye from Danzo. Then he gave Itachi his other eye and was nowhere to be seen again by Itachi. I'm sure he wandered off and eventually Danzos anbu captured him and then took more of his uchiha DNA and took his arm. Makes sense, the arm looked dead that Danzo had and was the vessel for Danzos senju DNA.
