[Theory] Did Chrollo help make Greed Island and is his name really Chrollo?

As the title says, after seeing his Book again it's oddly reminiscent of the book skill on Greed Island. We know Ging used criminals so it's not unrealistic to assume someone like Chrollo could be involved. We also know how strong Chrollo is Ging may have approached him for his strength and skills. Idk but Hisoka's reaction to Chrollo bringing out his Book reminded me of how they'd react when an opponent summoned his book on GI.

When I first thought of it while reading this week I thought maybe they used the L from his last name but L is already taken which made me wonder is Chrollo even his real name. More likely explanation is that Ging faught or saw chrollo perform his technique and copied it, if you read the manga he copied leorio's teleportation punch without encountering him ever again. He copied and understood the tech in one go so he might have copied chrollo's tech too.

It is his real name, because that's the name he gave for his fortune telling to that mafia boss' daughter, I forget her name.
You can't give fake details, that's why some of the troupe members couldn't get their fortunes told, because of a lack of information. Also we were told were the initials for greed came from

Ah that's right about the fortune but we were never given all of the people for the game just GREED and L of ISLAND the I,S,A,N,D are unknown. The I is speculated but never stated in the manga.
