Kid Obito trained to the point that he could shatter the earth with punches and his reactions were comparable to Minato's own. I think Boruto could beat the Obito that hadn't trained in the cave yet though. Maybe he'd beat that Obito too.. really hard to tell, but it's likely that Obito wasn't particularly fast either. He fought Minato some years after or was it months?
