Did black zetsu go to the hideout to get the right eye?

Obito simply used the Kamui dimension as a container for carrying Nagato to his hideout to extract the Rinnegan. This is explained by the fact that Obito's Rinnegan is from Nagato, and since he only used one, the other one is probably stocked somewhere in the hideout. White Zetsu obviously knew of it. If not, Black Zetsu might have told him since he was always with Obito.

Obito extracted both eyes out of Nagato. He just didn't use them both but left one somewhere hidden in his hideout. Also, Nagato couldn't have been all that time in the Kamui, since he was revived by Edo Tensei, and Obito was quite surprised that Kabuto brought Edos, meaning that Kabuto didn't ask for Nagato who supposedly was in Kamui.
