Based on what? Definitely not what was in the manga. That battle Avatar is Ashura's own strength as Hagoromo clearly stated. Him getting the Bijuu afterwords is a poor assumption. "He was his successor" isn't a reason either. Succeeding him in Ninshu=/=Getting all the Bijuu.

Then most of NB (Not surprising) can't read the manga. Cause it wasn't implied anywhere that he had the Bijuu. Once again, its a poor assumption. You never once supported this poor assumption with any evidence. You just said "Its clear". Lol
