nope. the point was sasuke thought his chidori was superior but after seing the effect of the rasengan he figured it might be just as powerful(the damage you see at the front side of chidori is more or less the same as for the rasengans back side...). even when they clashed the first time he was still suprised the rasengan could keep up with the chidori.... there was never a hint in any way that the rasengan is stronger U_U might be more destructive, but when they clash they cancel each one out. hell the chidori is even deadlier if getting hit on directly. we have yet to see some1 getting killed by a rasengan. chidori on the other hand....
